The day of the meeting , Swatch Group Swatch Group, has been unanimously appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board , Ms. Nayla Hayek .
Over the past few years , Nayla Hayek President has been ready to take over the job, and has extensive board experience . In addition , over the past few years, the business functions of the activities she has been outstanding .
